Suction & Discharge Valve
In the operation of plunger pump, Suction and discharge valves are very critical components. RRPC has got two category of spring loaded valve.
A) Plate type valves (suction / discharge valves)
B) Wing guided type valves having the valve seat of polyurethane material.
RRPC can supply suction /discharge valves in different material such as Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel, Carbon steel, etc. As per market requirements.
Plunger
The main moving component of a plunger pump is the plunger, which works to build the force that moves liquids. Plungers are typically cylindrical rods with a highly polished surface finish to minimize wear and ensure a tight seal with the packing or seals.
RRPC can supply co hard plungers in different MOC such as Stainless Steel , Duplex stainless steel , Carbon Steel with coatings in colomony , chrome, tungsten carbide, etc. as per customer requirements. Ceramic plungers can also be supplied by RRPC
Plunger Packing
The plunger packing is a critical sealing element in a plunger pump, designed to maintained the pump high pressure and stop the fluid leakage along the plunger rod during its reciprocating motion.
RRPC can supply plunger packing in different material such as PTFE, GRAPHITE etc.
