RRP manufactures diaphragms and bladder kits which are equivalent to OEM’s such as Hydril, Continental EMSCO, MATTCO, LEWCO, OTECO, BOMCO parts.
Our Diaphragms are designed for long service life and molded as a single unit as compared to the conventional bladders which are spliced using pre-vulcanized sections. This single unit design reduces point of stress concentration which enhances the services life and superior performance of the pulsation bladders.

We manufacture different models of pulsation bladders which are suitable and equivalent to different OEM series/models of pulsation dampeners such as K-10, K-20, M10, M20, L20, PD-45, PD-55, PD55A, KB45, KB75, IP-Series – 1 Gallon, 2.5 Gallon, 5 Gallon Pulsation Dampeners.

We have 10 gallon and 20 gallon bladders for various OEM pulsation dampener model as mentioned above.
The Diaphragms for these Pulsation Dampeners are molded to the exact dimensions of the vessel’s internal cavity. The diaphragm rolls and unrolls inside the body instead of flexing or folding, thereby eliminating fatigues stress arising due to stretching. To prevent extrusion through the bottom flange connection, a steel inserts are molded into the middle of the Pulsation Dampener Bladder.

The full flex action is enhanced by the Diaphragm stabilizers on the K series and PD series Bladders which provide self-cleaning by eliminating dead spots where debris and gas build up could accumulate.
We have pump pulsation dampener available for different pressure ratings such as 5000 psi and 7500 psi and different temperature ratings ranging from 190°F to 480°F based on specific need.
