Stem Guided Valves Three Arm Seats

RRP made stem guided valves three arm seats are manufactured using CrMnMo/CrMnTi forging steel and allows greater fluid flow than cross arm seats. It also has an extra wide metal to metal seal on the valve flange. The upper surface of the valves is serrated, which provides air tight seal between the valve body and insert. Furthermore, the rigid seat three-arms provide greater strength and tighter sealing. The thick knock-off valve nut grips the insert tightly, thereby reducing flexes and air gap, which reduces the entry of foreign particles getting between valve and insert.
